Berry Cobbler
Source, SRKAUTZ
Ingredients
Two 12-oz bags frozen mixed berries
1 box white cake mix (no pudding)
1 can of diet 7-up or sierra mist (clear soda)
Instructions
Place frozen fruit in a 9x13 baking dish. Add dry cake mix over the top. Pour soda slowly over cake mix. DO NOT stir the cake mix and the pop - this will give you a 'crust'. If you stir the two, you will hsve a cake like topping.
Bake 350 for 45-50 min.
You may be able to use frozen peaches instead of mixed berries.

This looks so good..and easy too!
I plan on trying it soon.
Thanks!

Melissa - I hope you enjoy it!
Do you think that you can use frozen strawberries vs. the mixed fruit. I am trying to find a good dish for my husband’s birthday dessert and unfortunately he doesn't like mixed berries but likes strawberries. If this doesn't work do you have a fun cake recipe that is low in points as well??
Also, I am in love with your blog. My husband and I started Weight Watchers about 5 weeks ago and have enjoyed it thus far. You blog has been a wealth of information and motivates me to continue my weight loss journey.
Courtney - I think that this recipe would be great with just frozen strawberries! It should turn out just as good if not better than the mixed berry version. Let me know how it works out for you.
Using the frozen strawberries was a great alternative to the mixed berries. Everyone loved it!!!!
Thanks :)
Wow - looks great!
I used frozen apple slices and spice cake mix. It was awesome. I had left over apples I had frozen from apple picking last fall.
This was excellent! I'm going to try frozen peaches next! Thanks for the idea!

My family absolutely loved this!! I used frozen strawberries because that's all the store had and it was delicious!
I used sliced up fresh apples on one side of the casserole dish and slightly thawed strawberries on the other half, it was delicious! Love your site, very inspiring!
Congratulations! And thank you for sharing with us. It inspires me to not stop trying. :)
