I never thought that I would learn to love running, but I have!! Check out the running program I used to learn how to run.

In Spring 2009 Weight Watchers had a Walk-it! Challenge. It was a way to get people to be more active. So I went online and signed up for my very first 5K. This is the "Learn to Run" program that I downloaded from active.com in April 2009, so that I could literally learn to run. This really worked for me!! I edited songs with my computer and created a playlist, so that the songs would be 1 or 2 minutes long depending on what I was supposed to run/walk that day.
