Stuffed Cabbage Soup

Ingredients
1 lb. Lean Ground Beef
1 onion, chopped
28 oz. diced tomatoes1 can tomato soup
1 T. Worcestershire
½ tsp. Pepper
4 c. water
1 c. brown rice (uncooked)
2 c. shredded cabbage – or cole slaw mix
Instructions
Brown ground beef with onions. Drain. Combine all ingredients, except rice in crock-pot. Cook on low 4-6 hours. Add rice cook an additional 30 min.
