I would love to a recipe review of this! I've never tried making stuffed bell peppers and I'm not a big fan of the recipes I'm finding on Weight Watchers online. (They all sound weird). Anyway! I'm going to give this a try tonight, but I'm cutting in in half (just three peppers) and I'm using ground turkey (because it was cheaper than ground beef). Thanks for this post! I appreciate all of your recipes/snack ideas as they have really helped me begin Weight Watchers Online!

Hi, just wanted to say you have some wonderful recipes on here. I saw that these stuffed peppers are 5 points for the new weight watchers, is that per one whole bell pepper or just half? I can't wait to make these tnite! :) I've been doing weight watchers for a couple months now and I've lost about 40 pounds so far, it is a great program!
