Recipe Review: Stuffed Green Peppers

Here is another recipe that Jon and I love to eat. If you are looking for a great low-point recipe this is it! It is great, because if you make this and use six green peppers, then they are only about 4 points per stuffed pepper. You cannot get much better for 4 points! I hope that you try them and enjoy them as much as we do.

Here is the complete recipe for Stuffed Green Peppers.

Here are most of the ingredients.

Cooking everything individually.

The meat and brown rice mixture. We tend to stick to the recipe, but you could always add corn or something else you like to make these even more filling.

The green peppers, before they go in the oven.

The final product!

I LOVE stuffed peppers, but Gadget Guy won't eat them. He hates the taste of peppers (and tomatoes, because I tried it that way too). They are a meal I like to make when I'm on my own!

Losing Brownies - I am so glad Jon likes them, because they are a meal in and of themselves.
