Sticky Chicken or Pork Chops

Ingredients
1/2 cup ketchup
3 Tbsp unpacked brown sugar
2 Tbsp vinegar
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp mustard
4 chicken breasts or pork chops
Instructions
Mix wet ingredients, spoon over meat and bake 350 for 20 minutes.
