Simple Weight Loss

I am always looking for fun ways to keep myself motivated to lead a healthy lifestyle and maintain my weight loss. This was especially important as I was losing my weight. Frequently, I was tempted to steer off course, but I had tools in place to remind me how to stay the weight loss course I had chosen.

I want to share with you a great tool that can help you stay motivated too!!

I found this great, free PDF poster at Angie's Healthy Living Blog. Print this poster out and put it up somewhere that you will see it on a regular basis. You could post it in your cabinets or pantry next to those snacks that always seem to be calling your name. Another good place to post this poster would be on the bathroom mirror, so that you can be read it each morning.

Thanks for sharing this! I've been trying to eat healthy but all morning I have been thinking about going to chick-fil-a for lunch! This was the little reminder I needed to stay home and eat a healthy lunch :)
