Weight Watchers Strawberry Pie

Ingredients
4-5 cups cut strawberries
2 cups water
1 package fat-free sugar-free vanilla pudding mix, Not Instant pudding
1 package Jell-O Sugar-Free Strawberry
Instructions
NO crust!
Spray a pie pan with PAM
Cut up fresh strawberries, enough to fill the pie pan, about 4-5 cups. Put into the pie pan.
Mix together 2 cups of water with 1 pkg of Vanilla Fat Free/Sugar Free Cook and Serve Pudding- not instant!
When it begins to boil and thickens, remove from heat and add 1 pkg of sugar free strawberry jello- stir until dissolved. Pour over the strawberries and refrigerate until set.
The whole pie is about 8 points+.

I've been making this recipe for years. The recipe was written on board at one of the WW meetings I went to back in 2000. Many of my friends now have it because I always took it anytime we had snacks for Sunday School. Best thing was everyone raved about it because it was a great change over doughnuts!!
