Fruit Salad

Fruit Salad

1/4 cup pineapple juice
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon grated orange rind
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 cup coarsely chopped apple
1 cup coarsely chopped pear
1 cup sliced plums
1 cup sliced banana

1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl, and stir with a whisk until well blended. Add apple, pear, plums, and banana; toss gently to coat. Serve immediately. Yield: 7 servings(serving size: 1/2 cup)
