Half Size Me Podcast

Happy Monday! I hope that you all had a great weekend. Yesterday, I ran over 8 miles as part of my half marathon training! I am proud to say that I finished my run without stopping to walk. However, I'm even more excited to share with you that I earned a total of 16 Activity PointsPlus! I'm still sore today, but it's worth it!

My before and after pictures

Today, we are going to do something a little different! A few months back, Heather from Half Size Me contacted me and wanted to know if she could interview me about my weight loss. Of course, I said yes!! During my interview, I had such a great time talking with Heather about my weight loss journey and the lifestyle changes that I have been able to make and maintain. She was such an encouragement to me!

My interview is being featured, as a podcast, today on Heather's site.

Please head over there now to check out my Half Size Me podcast and feel free to share it with your friends!

If you have a chance to listen to it, leave me a comment and tell me what you liked about it!

Jennifer, hi. great interview with Heather today. I am a local follower and WW leader here in Lakeland. Heather always has such inspiring people on her podcast. I listen when I am training for my 3 Day walk in Oct. I quickly linked to your blog for the rest of the story. WOW what an inspiration you are. I am snooping through the recipes.I am always looking to share inspirational stories and blogs with my members. Yours will be one I share this week. Wishing you continuing success.

Very inspiring Jennifer! I just wanna ask if you've tried yoga? Because I've read a lot of articles about how yoga promotes weight loss. And it's kinda cool how it offers a lot of benefits and helps you lose weight at the same time.

Hi Jennifer
Thank-You for sharing your Marathon Story with us, it truly was inspiring and so encouraging. I don't think that I will ever run a marathon as I have really bad knees and neck and back pain, but I have been trying to lose weight. I can walk and will continue to do so, your story has given me more motivation and I know that I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me!

Thanks and God Bless
