Teehee...it's not exactly "wordless"! :-) But it says a lot! I have one of those MaryLou Retton talking scales - she doesn't record my weight by the numbers, only if I'm up or down from the last time I weighed. It has really helped me return to using the scale as a TOOL and not as my BOSS. :) I really enjoy your site -thanks for all the sharing you do!
